Our Story
maTEA+ was born out of a simple frustration: we loved Yerba Mate, but couldn’t find blends in the Netherlands that matched the quality and character of what we’d experienced in South America. So we decided to make our own.
We started experimenting in our kitchen in Breda, testing hundreds of recipes to find the perfect balance between authentic Yerba Mate character and real fruit flavours. No artificial anything. No shortcuts. Just leaves, fruit, and passion.
Today, maTEA+ is our answer to a Dutch market that deserves better. We believe that great energy shouldn’t come from chemicals or synthetic additives. It should come from nature — and it should taste incredible while doing it.
